The Board of Directors

Dominic (Dom) Loffredo currently works for a company that provides coaching to entrepreneurs across the country. Dominic and his wife, Isabella and daughter Magnolia reside in Williamsport. Starting in middle school, Dom began to experience the power of youth ministry when his youth leaders invested time in his friends and family, whether it was at VBS or comforting the family after a tough loss. As he transitioned to high school his youth leadership directed him and his girlfriend (now wife) through various transitions and struggles, always pointing them to the beautiful word of God. As he continues to navigate life’s opportunities, he has a passion to lead, guide & love others in ways that point them in God’s direction, especially young adults, which is the most tempted age when it comes to “fitting in” and following the crowd. Jesus had crowds, but many failed to follow him.

After graduating they moved to Williamsport where Steve began his pastorate ministry.  He is currently serving as the Lead Pastor at Third Street Church in Williamsport. He loves being used by God to communicate the Word so that people "hear and understand" and "see and perceive". (Isaiah 6:9-10)

John Biswas was born again at the age of 25. His mother was a nurse missionary to Bangladesh for 16 years which greatly influenced his worldview. After graduating from a Christian residential program he earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting and currently works as an accountant in a corporate environment.

He strongly desires to be a part of what God is doing in building and establishing the Church and sees a tremendous amount of value in residential programs such as Cottage Ministries. The missional focus of Cottage Ministries also directly aligns with his beliefs.

John and his wife Lakin, and daughters Aubrey and Mercy, live in Mechanicsburg, PA.

John Saufley met Christ in a Bible-believing church at age 8 and internalized his faith while being discipled in college by the Navigators.  He lived that faith in duty positions in various locations including Germany, Korea, and a combat tour in Iraq, the latter while being a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.  He retired from the Guard as an active-duty officer in 2013 and from his Department of Defense civilian position in 2022, serving as a lay elder for GracePoint Evangelical Free Church in Palmyra, PA during this period.

John wants to impact the following generations for Christ.  He sees the college-age years as a critical time for the Church to step in and bring the love of Christ and the Word of Truth into those lives in a personal one-on-one manner, as this was most effective in his own faith journey.

John and his wife Colette live north of Hershey, PA.  They are blessed with four adult children (Joseph, Rachel, Joanna, and Joshua), all of whom are married and live in southeastern PA. Their first grandbaby is due at the end of May 2024.
